Description: doesn't delete emails uploaded to Thunderbird
Steps to Reproduce:
Thunderbird keeps re-uploading the same emails because they are not being deleted in the Hotmail account after being uploaded to Thunderbird.

I don't know what you're reporting.
Thunderbird typically downloads emails, doesn't upload anything.
Please give steps to reproduce, and check if you can reproduce using Help | Troubleshoot mode
