Latin2 (ISO-8859-2) character is not displayed in buttons and alert dialog.

Steps of reproduce
1. Go to above URL

Every button is missing the last character "è".

2. Click on alert-±è

Alert dialog is also missing the last character "è".

Tested 110808 Win32, Linux, and Mac build.

This does look like parser bug.  Assigning to myself.

This bug should be fixed by rickg's recent update to the nsString.
