After adding a mail account, mozilla will automatically add a corresponding
outgoing/smtp server. but then when you try to delete the mail account, the
corresponding outgoing/smtp server still remains in the advanced smtp server list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add account from the account manager
2.check to see if there were corersponding smtp server
3.delete acount from acct mgr
4. checkto see if the corersponding smtp server still there

Bug 35799, which describes your exact problem, indicates that it was fixed in
2000.  Are you still experiencing this problem with a recent release/nightly?
