One of the more useful features of IE w/ 5 button mice, is the ability to assign
the buttons 4+5 to navigate forwards and backwards on the current window
respectively. Mozilla seems to not contain this feature, which I find very
useful for when I'm using the mouse. I have not seen anything written on the
subject so I figured I would see the feasability of it. It would be further
stellar for dynamic mapping to tab browsing/window browsing of these buttons
through a prefs dialogue.
It would rock even more if it was working under linux as well, assuming
appropriate configuration through XFree86.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a IM Explorer mouse, hit the left mosue button [4]
Actual Results:
nothing.
