when I hover to see how long the video is and then leave the mouse on the video, the video controls and even the mouse cursor fade but the PIP message is still there and I need to go in and move my mouse outside the video; it would be great if the message would disappear alongside the video controls and mouse

Also increase the timeout for hiding the toggle from 2 seconds to 3.
2 seemed a bit quick, and 3 happens to match the timeout that the YouTube
player currently uses, so it seemed like a decent choice.
