nrappkit is vendored using a custom system, it would be great to rely on mach vendor instead.

Our copy of nrappkit is where the overwhelming majority of development work happens. But, it looks like there's another fork here:
https://github.com/lynckia/nrappkit/commits/master/src
Most of the changes there have come from mozilla, but there are some changes from 2018 that we should consider pulling.
