Steps to reproduce:
Start up 113.0b3.
Quick filter bar appears, with button in global toolbar showing it is selected.
Click button in global toolbar to hide it.
Quit Thunderbird.
Start Thunderbird.
Actual results:
Quick filter bar re-appears, with button in global toolbar showing it is selected.
Expected results:
Thunderbird should remember quick filter toolbar was switched off, and it should stay switched off the next time I start Thunderbird.
