All files (*.*) in file selector doesn't show the files without extension

"All files (*.*)" in the File selector should be "All files(*)" in order to show
the files without extension as well.

(bottom left in filepicker)

The File->Open File... filepicker uses '*' for the all-files filter. The fr-FR
locallized version uses the same, judging from CVS.
cbaegert, specifically which file picker are you talking about? We need steps to
reproduce here; could you please review the Bug Writing Guidelines at
