Not sure how this could be caused by bug 1827828, bug 1827828 landed 8 days ago and this only started failing 10 hours ago.
The first failure occurred in the push immediately after bug 1193586 so that seems likely what caused this.
Bug 1193586 reduced the android fuzz, I think we just need to bump it up. I'll post a patch to bump it to the max of what we've observed so far in failures.

I looked at a bunch of the failures, all look the same to my un-aided eye. This is approx the fuzz that we had an android before bug 1193586.

Okay, it seems that the actual fuzzy values that it fails with move around a little. I'll bump it some more. I've re-triggered the test 20 times so when those finish I can see if I'll need to bump it more.
