Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup Mail to ask for Authentication 2. Attempt to send mail through secure server 3. Actual Results: Failure to send email, Error message from mail server "Authentication Required". Expected Results: Prompted for a username / password

Reporter, what was the error message from the server ? And what type of server is it : - SMTP with AUTH-LOGIN (see bug 170872 comment 2) - POP before SMTP (see bug 81387)
