STR:

1. Open Mozilla Press Center website: https://blog.mozilla.org/press/
2. Using keyboard alone (by pressing Tab key), navigate to and focus the Next > button in the paginator widget at the bottom of the main content.
3. Attempt to focus the newsletter subscription form by continuing moving the keyboard focus with Tab key and observe the focus behavior

Expected:

1. The Your email address input field is focused with only one key press

Actual:

1. Users have to press Tab 28 times to access the newsletter subscription form, while the focus is moving between some off-screen links of the <aside id="sidebar">. This would create confusion for keyboard-only users who can see the page as the focused elements are not present on the screen and it is not clear where does the focus go and if it ever to reappear on the screen. It creates an unnecessary cumbersome navigation pattern for all keyboard users.
