1830608 - Import bookmarks from big JSON file takes VERY long time

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Library.
2. Go to Import and Backup -> Restore -> Choose File… in menu.
3. Choose big JSON-file (with about 9000 entries).

Actual results:

Import takes VERY long time (up to a dozen minutes) on JSON file with about 9000 elements (folders and bookmarks), max tree depth is 4 levels. During import it is impossible to use Firefox because any action (clicking in the window, for example) causes its interface to freeze and a "Program not responding" message from Windows.

It seems that with each new entry in this file, importing starts to take exponentially longer.

This is similar to bug 1533061, there's a few dependencies there that will also help here. Then it will be matter of taking a new performance profile and see what's left.
