There are multiple events being sent for the position of the toolbar.
metrics.toolbar_position
and
preferences.toolbar_position_setting.
Assuming they do the same thing, let's keep preferences.toolbar_position_setting

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly 115.0a1 from 05/16. The "metrics.toolbar_position" metric is no longer available.
The "preferences.toolbar_position_setting" metric displays the toolbar position.
Device used: Google Pixel 6 (Android 13).
