Steps to reproduce:

I opened this page
https://github.com/json-editor/json-editor/tree/master#custom-editor-interfaces
scrolled up
then go into address bar and press Enter

Actual results:

Nothing

Expected results:

I expect that page will be scrolled to custom-editor-interfaces anchor. Despite the address was not changed, I expect some reaction from browser, because I triggered the event by pressing Enter.

Managed to reproduce on:

• Nightly 114.0a1;
• Firefox 113.0;

Tested and reproduced on:

• macOS 12;
• Windows 10;
• Ubuntu 22;

Setting as NEW so the developers can have a look.
