Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 114.0a1 (2023-05-04) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://gatk.broadinstitute.org/hc/en-us
  2. Left-click on the "Sign-in" button located in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The login page loads.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.

Notes:

  • Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/STRICT.
  • If the page is reloaded after changing the ETP setting, the login page is immediately loaded.
  • Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
  • Screenshot attached.
