Steps to reproduce

1. Turn TalkBack (or the available screen reader) on.
2. Tap on the search.
3. Using the default search engine or any engine from the drop down list, type in a search term related to previous searches, bookmarks, or history.
4. Tap the pre-fill arrow displayed at the end of the search suggestion.
5. Tap the search bar and notice if Talkback reads the pre-filled URL/search suggestion.

Expected behavior

Talkback announces the pre-filled URL/search suggestion.

Actual behavior

Talkback does not announce the pre-filled URL/search suggestion.

The pre-fill arrows should not be shown on previous searches, bookmarks, or history. We will remove those pre-fill arrows in bug 1831104 and then this bug will no longer possible to reproduce.
