Description

STR:

1. Load a video in nytimes. Example: https://www.nytimes.com/video/world/europe/100000008888329/king-charles-coronation-royal.html?playlistId=video/latest-video
2. enable cc on video player
3. open PiP

Expected: captions appear on PiP window

Actual: captions do not appear on PiP window

Notes:

• nytimes technically uses hidden webvtt tracks, but it does not update the track mode to disabled when we hide cc on the nytimes video player. Unless we find a way to overcome that constraint, we will need to create a new specific wrapper for nytimes.

Reproducible on a 2023-05-15 Nightly build on macOS 12.
Verified as fixed on Firefox 115.0b5(build ID: 20230613195413) and Nightly 116.0a1(build ID: 20230613152538) on macOS 12, Windows 10, Ubuntu 22.
