ETP should have an option to relax strict mode and fallback to standard mode rather than disabling entirely in affected websites.

Steps to reproduce:

When a broken website is encountered due to strict ETP, the user has an option to disable ETP entirely for this specific website.

Actual results:

Disabling ETP totally for websites is not always needed, rather, a fallback to standard mode is probably going to solve the problem without the need to disable ETP.

Expected results:

The lock icon should show an option (switch) to disable strict mode when it is enabled in order to let the user relax ETP before they consider turning it off and probably this going to be enough to fix most problems encountered in the website while preserving the user's privacy at the same time.
