Steps to reproduce:
I call "Clear Recent History..." from the "Library/Bookmarks" window.
Actual results:
The "Clear Recent History..." modal is loaded partially, it's a visual bug.
Expected results:
The "Clear Recent History..." modal should appear complete as on any other window.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hi,
I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on MacOS 10.15 or MacOS 11.6.
Could you please check if this also occurs in troubleshooting mode? Here is a link to help you with that:

I run MacOS X 10.14.6 (Mojave). I cannot test it in troubleshoot mode due to having many windows and tabs opened. Sometimes after opening in Troubleshooting Mode they'll be gone (another bug?)...
