Overview Description:
Plugin which works with Navigator 4.5/4.6 fails with Mozilla.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Download the plugin:
   Goto http://www.omnis-software.com/download/webclient/webclient.html
   There is a link on this page to Download the OMNIS Web Client...
   Download the client installation for Netscape Navigator (omwebns.exe).
   Double click on omwebns.exe to install the plugin.
   Restart the browser so that it loads the plugin.
2) Go to the URL
   http://mhthinserver.mh.omnis-software.com/Examples/books.asp

Actual Results:
   In Mozilla, the progress bar displayed by the plugin never stops, and no form
   is displayed.

Expected Results:
   When running in Navigator 4, this results in the download and display of a
   form for ordering books (it takes a little while for the form to download
   the form when you first open the page).

Using the 1999110809 build on NT 4.0, the URL isn't even loading: progress bar
pulses for about 50 seconds, followed by "Document: Done ..." text in the status
bar.

to him.

I've looked at the definition of a "simplified test case", and for ththis bug, I
cannot create one.  The plug-in relies on our product OMNIS Studio running on
the same machine or LAN as the Web server, and the bug will only occur if OMNIS
Studio is running.  Hence, I've specified a URL which demonstrates the
problem.  It should be straightforward to try the URL with Netscape 4.6,
and Mozilla, and compare results.

Obviously, its important to us that the bug is fixed, since it
essentially means our plugin does not work full stop.
