Play any youtube video in PiP
Clicking at mute button in PiP window does nothing

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Picture-in-Picture' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Thank you for filing this, however, I'm not able to reproduce the problem myself; the mute button works fine for me. Do you have any extensions or other apps installed that might be affecting YouTube in some way?
I can't reproduce either on the main YouTube site, but it might be worth noting that there's Bug 1822999 even though it only affects YouTube shorts.

No response from reporter after several weeks, and we can't reproduce this ourselves (except perhaps as a duplicate of bug 1822999), so there's nothing else we can do with this I'm afraid. :(
