User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/113.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YT7E9jubQvU
Click bottom left icon in the video frame (play fullscreen) to play video in full screen
Actual results:
The video window is resized to not full screen but some pixel smaller so desktop window (or other windows) are visible there.
When I have another program open, and switch with Task Manager to it, then back to Firefox, the Firefox window resizes to full screen.
See attached file which is a Printscreen copy, the (mostly withe) border around the video.
Expected results:
The video window should be resized to full screen right after clicking on the icon.
This worked until v 113.0 so it must be introduced here.
Correction: The mostly white "frame" around the video is not the desktop.
The mostly white "frame" around the video is not the desktop, but apparently the content of the full-screen firefox window.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
