While developing the improvements to telemetry, I added the regexp feature to give us some flexibility, but then I ended up developing the ability to do topDown searches. I haven't found a particular usecase where having added regular expressions is useful, so for now it's probably safe to remove.

Additionally, we can remove nonAd as its purpose was to distinguish regexps added through components from new regular expressions that could be specific ads.
