1832990 - Thunderbird chat font invisible in dark mode (Bubble theme)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Chat > Styling and set Theme to Bubbles
2. Set system theme to Dark Style (Running Ubuntu 23.04). Thunderbird will also switch to dark theme, to match the system theme.

Actual results:

The font colour of the chat messages (as observed in either the preview in settings, or an actual chat message) switch from black to white, but the bubble surrounding the text remains the same, resulting on white or almost white background, making text impossible to read.

Expected results:

Either, bubble background should switch to a darker variant or the colour of the text should remain black in chat message.
