firefox cannot resize passing from a double screen to a laptop screen

Steps to reproduce:

connect to another screen with laptop and disconnect the screen after a while.

Actual results:

The size of the firefox windows doesn't want to resize to the laptop screen. It still get the size of the second screen.

Expected results:

the firefox windows should get the size of the laptop screen. Like Google Chrome does.

This issue seems to be a dupe of Bug 1522397, Please reopen if its not the case.
