It happens dragging over the chimera window. Chimera doesn't have to be the
source or destination of the drag, and can be in the background.

just today i removed the HideDragHilite() from nsDragHelperService::Leave(). It
was the offending party. you can prolly mark this fixed unless you really want
to track it down.

I can't reproduce any crashes when dragging files in Chimera's window when the
app is the active or background application. Marking verified with the
2002-12-04-04 NB under 10.2.2.
