The number of open PRs in the Firefox Android has been steadily climbing since the monorepo migration. Some of these are cases where an external contributor will provide an initial patch, but then not follow-up when changes are requested.
Language should be added to the CONTRIBUTING_code.md README to clarify what will happen when patches are not being actively attended. This should include a method of escalating review attention onto patches that have not been addressed by the organization in too long.

Hello Matt,
Is QA verification needed for this issue? If so, could you please provide us with some steps to reproduce (STR) or testing scenarios?
Thank you!
