chimera should not be able to nest tab groups or folders inside a tab group
--mainly since a nested tab group or folder won't be loaded anyhow. in current
builds, however, i can drag and drop folders or tab groups into a tab group.
Since any bookmark folder can now be opened in tabs, this bug has changed.
However, when a user opens a bookmark folder, only the bookmarks in the main
folder (and not sub-folders) get opened. I believe this is the desired effect.
