Title bar displays random text from (usually) closed tab

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/113.0
Steps to reproduce:
Opened and closed windows and tabs
Actual results:
Eventually (within an hour) gets into a state where the title bar stops updating to match the current tab. Usually it gets stuck with the text of a recently closed tab. All windows display the same symptom, with different (wrong) text getting stuck.
See attached image showing this window's tab selected but the title of a closed tab from Amazon ("Your Account") in the title bar.
Expected results:
As I select tabs, I expect the window's title bar to change to match the tab in view.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I am not able to reproduce the issue on Mac 12.6 using FF build 113.0.
Reporter, can you please confirm if this issue happens with a new and empty profile? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile? Thank you.

The problem seems to have gone away even on my regular profile with a release around 115.
