1833860 - Increase frequency of firefox-android performance tests

This bug is for increasing the frequency of performance tests on firefox-android. They haven't alerted yet, and we believe it's because of this setting for the max data age: https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/blob/772e136af3a9a20a2779a68219864c6dfe2163a0/treeherder/config/settings.py#L455

This settings allows us to only use 2 weeks worth of data, but it takes about 2.5-3 weeks worth of data to be able to alert.

@sparky I see the PERFHERDER_ALERTS_MAX_AGE is still 2 weeks, but there is a patch associated with this bug that increased the frequency of the cron. Is there still more to do here? If so, could you provide a impact/effort/priority?

There's no more to do here, we decided to run the tests twice a day instead of increasing the max age which resolved this bug.
