Steps to reproduce:

Thunderbird is set up to access Xfinity e-mail. Using Macbook Pro. Programs load automatically. I've rebooted and re-entered password. Logged in directly to Xfinity and cleaned e-mail account directly

Actual results:

E-mail will not load. Receive message which states.
"Login to Account "XXXX.XXXX@comcast.net" failed
Login to server imap.comcast.net with username XXXX.XXXX@comcast.net failed

Pop up requests new password. Password has been confirmed.

Expected results:

E-mail should download automatically on start and every 10 minutes.

fixed by downloading and replacing Thunderbird App.

Strange, but if it worked.
