Steps to reproduce:
goto https://community.fitbit.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/features
login, agree to terms, fill in feedback form, press 'post'.
Actual results:
the 'post' button turned a darker shade of blue. nothing else. (nightly 115.0a1 2023-05-20 64-bit)
Expected results:
chromium(112.0.5615.49 openSUSE Build stable 64-bit) submitted the form successfully and displayed the thank you page.

Possibly same underlying cause as in bug 1833999? (an extension interfering somehow)

Also: if you're still reproducing this, do you see any interesting errors appear in the Web Console (Ctrl+Shift+K) when you attempt to submit the form?
For what it's worth, I was able to submit the form just fine, using Firefox Nightly 115.0a1 (2023-05-24) on Ubuntu.
(I did need to choose a value for all of the categories that get highlighted in red if you attempt to submit without filling everything out. When I did that, and clicked "Submit", there was a pause for a second or two and then the page contents dynamically changed to:
