Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Autoplay setting - Audio and Video. 2. Entering this website: 3. After waiting a few seconds until the error is reproduced, without scrolling down the page. 4. It will start audio, without any video in the foreground.

Actual results:

With the Autoplay - Audio and Video setting enabled, it automatically starts audio on the website, even if the page is open at the top and there is no video on the page.

Expected results:

Audio should not start automatically if there is no video on the screen.
