Details

  1. install latest Firefox from Google Play Store (but the version in fact doesn't matter).
  2. after installing go to the google.com (or any another website)
  3. wait until the page is loaded
  4. tap on address bar again

On my device (Galaxy S8) it takes ~800ms until the address bar is responsive.
In Chrome it reacts almost immediately.

This is an interesting one since I don't see this on my a50 (which is roughly a bit worse than the s8 in terms of perf). Could you try to take a profile to test it out? You can use this guide on how to set it up and you can either profile straight onto your device or through adb.
