Details
- install latest Firefox from Google Play Store (but the version in fact doesn't matter).
- after installing go to the google.com (or any another website)
- wait until the page is loaded
- tap on address bar again
On my device (Galaxy S8) it takes ~800ms until the address bar is responsive.
In Chrome it reacts almost immediately.

This is an interesting one since I don't see this on my a50 (which is roughly a bit worse than the s8 in terms of perf). Could you try to take a profile to test it out? You can use this guide on how to set it up and you can either profile straight onto your device or through adb.
