Steps to reproduce:
- Open a YouTube video.
- Pause playback very soon after it starts.
Actual results:
The "Autoplay Blocked" text gets stuck on the tab. When resuming playback, the "Playing" text also fails to display. It doesn't happen every time, seems to be a race condition triggered by quickly pausing the video after playback first starts.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Not sure where this goes. Feels like some sort of an events handling issue in the tab UI.
