yes, I have a url set for the home page. it works most of the time.

Expected Results:  
go to home page url
the message indicates a cache problem (the fact that the error message sucks is
a known issue). try clearing your cache and see if it goes away.

did you do a clean installation of 1.2.1? if you installed over a previous
version, that can cause problems.

do you have any other mozilla or netscape (6/7) versions on the machine using
the same profile?
