the message indicates a cache problem (the fact that the error message sucks is a known issue). try clearing your cache and see if it goes away. did you do a clean installation of 1.2.1? if you installed over a previous version, that can cause problems. do you have any other mozilla or netscape (6/7) versions on the machine using the same profile? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 123662 ***
