Details

The last storage upgrade was done almost 4 years ago (bug 1563023). There are multiple things which would merit a storage upgrade in the meantime, but since a storage upgrade is quite expensive operation we always tried to delay a storage upgrade until we have a bigger list of tasks which would be done during one cumulative storage upgrade. This bug is about investigating concrete tasks for the new storage upgrade.
