I have a webhook for the Bugzilla product which is currently disabled. I wish to enable it. Toggling the status to Enabled and submitting the form results in a 504 Gateway Timeout. This is repeatable on every attempt for the last two days.

Verified. This happens when re-enabling a webhook because it tries to reset the attempts count to 0 on a backlogged message that had been failing previously. And in the case there are no failed backlogged messages, the page dies trying to update a non-existent object. Fix coming.

I'm guessing you re-enabled it during your own testing because it was Enabled already when I got there.
I was able to successfully disable it and re-enable it again without a timeout, so verified. :-)
