This work is to support the "Personalized Fox Guide Experiment - Reader mode -Early day users " experiment. It will be using the feature callout surface which currently doesn't support custom time limits that close a feature callout unless a user explicitly clicks on a button.

The idea is to be able to pass in a field in the message json with a custom time limit so it can be remotely configurable.
