Steps to reproduce:

Fx 113.0.2
Browsing the certain less dressed sides of Reddit, will occasionally land you on a url like https://www.redgifs.com/watch/... Since recent versions (1 week or so) this causes my 4th Gen Intel (with iGPU) on Windows 10 fully patched (including the preview release of the June patches) to completely hang Fx with no resolution for 30+ seconds. (I can't even navigate away.)

Actual results:

Fx UI completely freezes and I can't even navigate away from the problem URL. I have to wait until the video starts playing before I can recover my Fx interactivity.

Of course, as soon as I report this (I took 30+ minutes reproducing it fine, even invited another developer to help me try and make sure it wasn't "just my imagination") something must have changed on their end (redgifs) and now the same links which were reproducible are no longer reproducing the problem. Still, it should NOT be possible for ANY site to do something that can lock up the browser in this way.
