When selecting "View" -> "Show Name As" there are often cases when the name will
be blank even though there is name information. If email addresses are listed
in the addressbook which don't have a first/last name, they may still have a
display name. I tend to use Last, First so I can sort by last name. At the
same time, I'd like to avoid having blank name values for non-person entries.
(I doubt that there are many cases where there First & Last names are set and
the Display Name isn't, since it autofills. At any rate, the reverse does
apply.) I'd appreciate the option to have "Display Name" used in cases where
the First and Last name are both empty, or to have the First and Last name used
if the Display name is empty (depending on how the Show Name As is set).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the address book
2.Make sure there is a card with First and Last name set, and Dispaly Name
3.Make sure there is a card without Fist and Last set, but with Dispaly Name
4.Set View -> Show Name As to be Last,First
5.Sort by Name value
Actual Results:
Cards without First or Last name values are listed at the Top with an empty Name
value. Remaining cards are listed in order
Expected Results:
Display Name is used as the last name, and all cards are sorted alphabetically
by Name
