Steps to reproduce:

  1. about:preferences#general, Enable Ask whether to open or save files and restart
  2. Click some link to open (e.g. https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2005/02/2005-02-01-13-trunk/firefox-1.0+.en-US.win32.zip )
  3. When open Unknown Content type dialog, press [Tab] keys and [→][←][↑][↓] keys

Actual Results:
No focus ring for checkbox and radio button.

Expected Results:
Focus ring for Checkbox and Radio button should appear.
