Steps to reproduce:

Firefox Nightly fresh install with Version 115.0a1 (2023-05-29) (64-bit) on MacOS Ventura 13.3.1.

1 - Open twitch.tv;
2 - Choose a live stream;
3 - Set quality to 1080p60 when available.

Actual results:

The stream will stutter constantly and won't run 60fps.

Expected results:

The stream should have run 60fps without stuttering.

Thank you for the report. This sounds like bug 1835663, which has a recent fix.
Please reopen if that fix turns out not to be effective.
