20021204 Trunk Build - Mac OSX

Prerequisites:
Set up the mail client to use IMAP/SSL - SMTP/SSL for the default mail account.

Test Case:
1.  Start the Browser
2.  Open the mail client

Expected results:
1.  The drop down dialog for client authentication should appear as a subcontext
of the mail window.

Actual Results:
1.  The mail window appears, the browser window comes to the foreground, the
client auth dialog appears as a subcontext of the browser window, the mail
window reappears with the dialog prompt to enter the master password.
