Steps to reproduce:

Seems to appear random but quite often.
Sometimes it can be resolved by restarting firefox although that doesn't work all the time.

Actual results:

When you open a twitch stream the sound sometimes stutters.
Sound exactly like when you hold down spacebar on a youtube video.
Sound start and stops multiple times a second.
Video is unaffected.

Expected results:

Play sound without any problems.
No stutters etc.
