I have verified this enhancement using the steps from here and the latest Firefox Nightly 116.0a1 (Build ID: 20230620094433) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 13.2, and Ubuntu 22.04 x64. I can confirm that all the elements from the "Import" screen of the "about:welcome" page are correctly displayed when the browser is resized to the minimum width.
