Firefox for MacOS - When clicking a link and Firefox is closed entirely, Firefox will open and open two windows: one blank window and a window with the link clicked.

Steps to reproduce:

Clicked a link on another application.

Actual results:

Opened Firefox in two windows- 1 blank window, and 1 window with the link open.

Expected results:

Only opened the window with the link.
