With pref mail.openpgp.passphrases.enabled set to true (recently added in bug 1679278),
use OpenPGP key manager and view the details of a public key.
Expected behavior:
The tab "passphrase protection" should be hidden. (It only makes sense for key pairs with a secret key available).
Actual wrong behavior:
The tab is shown.
