Eventually this will want signing, so we'll probably want to remove it from the
shared 'mozilla' trust domain. But for now, this will help them get some basic
tasks going.

Zeid, correct me if I'm wrong, but we decided to use adhoc-signing for now and there's no need for this anymore? Or were you still planning to stand up any Taskcluster tasks?
