I downloaded all of the RPMs in the xft directory onto my Red Hat 8.0 system.  I
typed

    [root@henrietta-szold downloads]# rpm -Uvh mozilla-*xft*rpm

I got:

    error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory
    error: open of HTML failed: No such file or directory
    error: open of PUBLIC failed: No such file or directory

It seems that several of the RPMs are corrupt.  For example, I typed "rpm -qip"
for all of these packages, and this is what I got:

    mozilla-mail-1.2.1-0_rh8_xft.i386.rpm
    error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory

    mozilla-nspr-1.2.1-0_rh8_xft.i386.rpm
    error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory

    mozilla-nspr-devel-1.2.1-0_rh8_xft.i386.rpm
    error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory

    mozilla-nss-1.2.1-0_rh8_xft.i386.rpm
    error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory

    mozilla-nss-devel-1.2.1-0_rh8_xft.i386.rpm
    error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory

    mozilla-psm-1.2.1-0_rh8_xft.i386.rpm
    error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download files.
2.Use rpm -Uvh.
3.Enjoy the eror.

Actual Results:  
I filed this bug report.

Expected Results:  
Installed the files.
